Applied Image’s Conformance Calibration Standard Test Cards have become the industry gold standard for calibrating verifiers and training operators to ensure they are providing accurate and repeatable results.

Each Calibration Test card enables testing in accordance with ISO/IEC 15426-1 for 1D symbols and ISO/IEC 15426-2 for 2D symbols - now recognised as the global standards.

Every Perceptor IoT kit for the Zebra ZT610 comes with a Calibration Test card which includes Ronchi ruling bars and greyscale reflectants. Each card is manufactured to very precise tolerances and then measured so that the measured parameter values of the test card can be compared to those of Perceptor IoT.

Your Calibration Test card serves as a primary reference standard, with a traceability chain to national standards for all verifiers calibrated using it.

It is provided with supporting calibration data and certification to ensure Perceptor IoT for the Zebra ZT610 is in conformance with applicable standards:

  • ISO/IEC 15416 and ISO/IEC 15426-1

  • or ISO/IEC 15415 and ISO/IEC 15426-2

  • Traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)

  • or another National Metrology Institute
